Fuquan Harper is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Elite Solutions Group, a company he founded in February 2025 with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality hospitality and installation solutions while building genuine, lasting relationships. Alongside his wife, Chayenne, Fuquan turned their shared passion for helping others into a business rooted in service, integrity, and excellence.

Fuquan brings a hands-on leadership style to every project, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and that every installation is managed with precision from start to finish.

Chayenne Harper serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Elite Solutions Group and is a driving force behind the company’s structure, organization, and long-term vision. As both a business partner and wife to Founder and CEO Fuquan Harper, Chayenne plays a vital role in supporting the growth and success of the company while ensuring its internal operations run smoothly.
With a natural talent for organization and an eye for detail, Chayenne oversees financial planning, budgeting, and operational coordination, helping transform ideas into well-executed, custom projects. She is deeply passionate about creating systems and designs that support her husband’s leadership and bring clarity, efficiency, and balance to every project Elite Solutions Group undertakes.
